　　这次，AP考试要增加新的科目了!这门学科就是AP Computer Science Principles。现有的AP考试只有一个计算机类的学科--Computer Science A，现在AP的计算机类学科增加到了两个，对于立志于学习计算机、通信、程序等学科的同学来说，这无疑是一个好消息!

　　Details of the Course/课程详细信息

　　AP Computer Science Principles introduces you to the essential ideas of computer science with a focus on how computing can impact the world.

　　Along with the fundamentals of computing, you will learn to analyze data, information, or knowledge represented for computational use; create technology that has a practical impact; and gain a broader understanding of how computer science impacts people and society.

　　The major areas of study in the AP Computer Science Principles course are organized around seven big ideas, which are essential to studying computer science.

　　Big Idea 1: Creativity 创造力

　　Big Idea 2: Abstraction 抽象

　　Big Idea 3: Data and Information 数据信息

　　Big Idea 4: Algorithms 算法

　　Big Idea 5: Programming 程序设计

　　Big Idea 6: The Internet 网络

　　Big Idea 7: Global Impact 全球影响

　　该课程为2016-2017学年度新增科目，目前还没有出版与考试相关的教材，请同学们关注亚马逊网站上面巴朗或普林斯顿等出版社出版的教材。

　　更加注重一些计算机学科的基础知识，比如数据在底层存储的形态、进制是如何转换的、编码原理、多媒体、网络知识等等。
