　　AP微观经济学基本概念:Economics经济学

　　Economics is the study ofeconomy. Economics is the study of scarce resource.

　　An economy consists of theeconomic system of a country or other area, the labor, capital and landresources, and the economic agents that socially participate in the production,exchange, distribution, and consumption of goods and services of that area.

　　(1) Economics system

　　Economics system determines howto allocate resources.

　　Command economy:公平equitable，government determines，but sophisticated to allocateproperly, lack of incentives for innovation;

　　Free/capitalism economy: private ownership, propertyrights, free, incentives, competition,供求决定价格，市场决定生产多少消费多少。

　　Mixed economy，则market和government共同决定。

　　(2) Input, resources and factors: labor, land,capital and entrepreneur

　　(3) Economic agents: buyers and sellers and etc.

　　(4) Market: market for goods and service, market for factors ofproduction, money market, foreign exchange market
