A family member I would love to work with in future is my uncle. 
He is fairly young and full of energy and determination. 
He founded a small furniture business in Chengde, mainly specializing in old and tasteful home furnishings – handmade and certainly more interesting and elegant than most you will see in the high street. 
He is a very good businessman with a keen eye for art and culture, so he has combined two skills and interests into a fairly successful business. 
He also does a certain amount of interior design, and has a small design team consisting of a couple of my cousins and some other employees who studied design in university. 
So, he is expanding his furniture business to embrace a wider field of interior design and is hoping to get some clients in the hotel industry. 
I think with my international experience and ability to connect with people from other cultures, and I speak English fairly fluently, I could play a PR or marketing role in my uncle’s company, or work with client engagement and sales.
I would love to do this, as I am also quite into artistic pursuits and I believe I have a good eye for design, and would like to learn more about the world of business. 
Furthermore, I’m a people-person and I enjoy interacting with people and I believe I have a good aptitude for nurturing relationships. 
I feel that my uncle would be a marvelous person to work with, and I would be very happy to work with him – he’s patient and tolerant, but also very focused, ambitious and determined. 
I think these are great qualities to have if you’re going to run your own business successfully.
