Narrator:  Listen to a conversation between a student and an employee in the housing office.

员工：准备退房了吗？只需要交回钥匙就行了。

MALE EMPLOYEE: Ready to check out? I'll just need your key.

学生：实际上，遇到了点问题，所以我现在还没退房。

FEMALE STUDENT: Actually, there was a problem, so I'm not checking out yet.
