Narrator: Listen to a conversation between a student and a facilities supervisor. Student:Hi. I know it's Friday afternoon and all, but this is kind of an emergency.

Supervisor:Oh, what kind of emergency exactly?

Student:Well, I mean, there's no danger or anything. It's like a personal emergency. It's about my apartment.
