Narrator: Listen to a conversation between a student and a university employee.

学生：嗨，我需要来拿体育馆的通行证。

Student: Hi, I need to pick up the gym pass.

职员：好的。我需要你的姓名，年级和学生证。

Employee: OK. I'll need your name, year, and university ID.

我的名字是 Gina Kent，大学一年级。

And my name is Gina Kent, and I'm first year.

职员：好的，Gina。我现在就把你的通行证打出来。

Employee: OK. Gina. I'll type up the pass for you right away.
