I want to congratulate you on becoming a partner in our law firm. It's great that this has finally happened. All of the other staff members and l are really pleased.

We will be holding a party in your honor. It will take place tomorrow night at 7 at the Prince Hotel on 11th Street. A meal will be served at the hotel restaurant at 7: 30, and then we will move to the ballroom for some dancing and champagne. It will be a formal occasion, so please dress accordingly. Everybody at the firm will be there, and it will be a great event at which we can celebrate your promotion.
