We hereby submit specifications and estimates for the furnishing and installation of the following: Remove 95.68 square yards of tile. Install approximately 154.4 square yards of new tiles. Customers are responsible for determining the color, size, and design of tiles.

We hereby offer to provide labor and materials in compliance with the above specifications for the total amount of four thousand and one hundred thirty dollars ($ 4,130). 60% deposit required. Balance due upon completion. Completion is anticipated to be approximately two weeks after the day of initiation. Life Standard Tiles & Bathroom Fittings Supplier shall withdraw this proposal if not accepted within 20 days.
