Subject: Meeting Notice

Dear student council members,

Our annual school field day event will take place on April 20th from 9 AM to 2 PM at Riverside Park. This year's theme is "Team Spirit" and will include both traditional sports and new team-building activities.

We need volunteers to help with planning and running the event. There will be an organizational meeting this Thursday at 3:30 PM in Room 205. If you can't attend but want to help, please email Ms. Johnson by Wednesday. All participants will receive community service hours for their help.

Remember to wear your team colors (red, blue, yellow or green) on the day of the event. More details about team assignments will be shared next week.
