PaulI think this is a great initiative. After I graduated from high school, I knew a lot about physics laws, historical dates, and literature genres, but I had no idea how to complete the simple task of writing a resume for my first job. Learning that in school would have been very useful in my job search.
AndrewI actually disagree with Paul, I think acquiring simple, practical skills doesn't require much time or effort, and you can always ask your parents, older siblings, or friends to teach you those skills. Time in school is better spent on truly academic subjects that you wouldn't be able to learn on your own or from family or friends.
