MEN: Hello, Ms. Maxwell. You wanted me to visit to talk about something?

女士：是的。我想说说我楼上单元的住户。

WOMAN: That's correct. I need to talk about the tenants upstairs in the unit above me.

他们晚上很晚还一直制造很大的噪音。

They keep making too much noise late at night.

男士：我明白了。你有没有当面跟他们说过，让他们小声一点？

MEN: I see. Have you spoken with them in person to request that they be quieter?

女士：我说过了，但那没用。他们还是一天到晚听音乐、弹吉他。

WOMAN: I have, but that didn't work. They still listen to music and play the guitar at all hours of the day and night.

男士：好的，我最好去 4C 单元一趟，跟他们谈谈。谈完之后，我再下来找你。
