Listen to a conversation. MEN: Hello, Ms. Maxwell. You wanted me to visit to talk about something? WOMAN: That's correct. I need to talk about the tenants upstairs in the unit above me. They keep making too much noise late at night. MEN: I see. Have you spoken with them in person to request that they be quieter? WOMAN: I have, but that didn't work.
